Customer Support Process

When a customer contacts Quadrotech online or by email or phone, a customer experience team member will address their request. We will open a case in Quadrotech’s case management system, if the issue was created using the SupportHub or email, a case will be automatically created. A unique number is assigned to the case and provided to the customer. The customer experience ninja will then perform the support activities for the customer case.
